Emanuel County Institutes Curfew Under Emergency Declaration

The Emanuel County Board of Commissioners instituted a curfew under a temporary ordinance enacted April 1st in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Effective immediately, the ordinance institutes a curfew beginning at 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. daily. Exemptions for some traveling to and from work are outlined in the ordinance below.
