Rome Braves drop second straight at Hagerstown

The Rome Braves dropped their second of four games at Hagerstown Saturday, losing to the Suns 5-1. Patrick Weigel (1-2) picked up his second loss on the year for Rome, giving up two runs on five hits in five innings pitched on Saturday. Weigel struck out seven, but walked five during the outing. Rome out hit the Suns on Saturday with seven to Hagerstown’s five, but couldn’t get those runners across the plate to score.
