Evans County: Public Benefit Statistics for FY 2016

The Evans County Department of Family and Children Services recently published the Annual Report for FY 2016, July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016.

The statistics were based on 2013 population numbers of 10,833, a 1.52% decrease from the 2010 Census of 11,000.

The agency reported 2,635 individuals in poverty (24.9%) and of those individuals, 1,039 are individuals aged 0-17 (39.4%).
