Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp reported that Tuesday’s voter turnout numbers exceeded previous records with a whopping 1.28 million Republicans casting their ballots and an additional 740,000 Democrats taking to the polls.
But how did Tattnall County vote?
Though several of the candidates had dropped out prior to Election Day, several of them still pulled in votes around Tattnall County. A total of 2,556 Republicans turned out with 681 Democrats.

- Mike Huckabee – 7 votes (<1%)

- Rick Santorum – 1 vote (<1%)
DEMOCRAT
- Hillary Clinton – 518 votes – (76.06%)
- Bernie Sanders – 153 – (22.47%)
- Martin O’Malley –6 – (.88%)
- Michael Steinberg – 4 (.59%)
