Softball: Lady Phoenix Win Over Ringgold 9-1

The Lady Phoenix Softball Team got off to a good start Tuesday, beating perennial power Ringgold 9-1. Kristen Davis got the complete game win giving up 1 run on 3 hits and striking out 5. Harleigh Chastain, Baylee Blaylock, and Griffin Holden all had 3 hits apiece. Gracie Fitzwater ended the game on a walk off 3 run home run in the bottom of the 6th.

The varsity and JV teams will play at North Murray Thursday starting at 5:30.
