Lexington beats Rome Sunday in 8-0 shutout

Rome couldn’t get the bats going at Lexington Sunday night, as the Legends shutout the Braves 8-0. Mike Soroka took the loss for Rome, giving up four runs – three earned – on four hits in five innings of work. Soroka walked four, and struck out six in the game. He moves to 2-7 on the season.

Mike Soroka took the loss for Rome, giving up four runs – three earned – on four hits in five innings of work.  Soroka walked four, and struck out six in the game.  He moves to 2-7 on the season.

Only two hits were recorded by the Braves Sunday, both singles by Ray-Patrick Didder, and Leudys Baez.
