Many Department of Driver Services centers which would otherwise be closed on Monday will be open for five hours after a series of outages on Friday.
The computer system was on the fritz Friday which officials say was due to vendor software and services. Man offices around the state will be open this Monday, October 8th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Officials have also encourage those seeking to register to vote to do so online, all weekend, 24-hours a day, online via the Secretary of State’s online registration portal: https://registertovote.sos.ga.gov/GAOLVR/
The last day to register to vote in the November General Election is Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
