The 12th annual Floyd County Republican Party Tillman Hangar Rally is set for Saturday, August 13. Gates open at 10am with program beginning at 11am.
The Tillman Hangar is located at the Russell Regional Airport/Towers Field at 304 Russell Field Road NE in Rome off Highway 27 above Armuchee.
A barbecue lunch is being catered by Duffy’s Deli, and will be served while local and state elected officials are speaking. A “special guest” is also expected from the Trump-Pence 2016 campaign is expected to appear at this year’s event.
