Rome Braves Reports
The Rome Braves have confirmed that Atlanta Braves manager Brian Snitker will be attending the Hot Stove Gathering and Championship Celebration Concert this Saturday January 28th. Other guests that have just been confirmed include Atlanta Braves President of Baseball Operations John Hart, General Manager John Coppolella, Assistant Director of Player Development Jonathan Schuerholz, Rome Pitching Coach Dan Meyer, and Rome Hitting Coach Bobby Moore.
Players Mike Soroka, Austin Riley, Chase Johnson Mullins, Kolby Allard, Touki Toussaint, Max Fried, Patrick Weigel, and Stephen Gaylor will be in attendance along with trainer Nick Jensen, and manager Randy Ingle.
“This is a great collection of Atlanta Braves and the future,” says Rome General Manager Michael Dunn. “Everyone is coming together to talk baseball and to celebrate the 2016 title. With spring training right around the corner, baseball is here.”
The annual Hot Stove Event will take place from 2 til 4 p.m. at the Forum this Saturday which will include appetizers, an autograph session and a question and answer opportunity for fans. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 the day of the event.
Following the Hot Stove Gathering will be the Championship Celebration Concert at the Forum with country music star Colt Ford. Doors open at 7 p.m. with the concert beginning at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the show with VIP tickets available at $50.
The Championship Celebration Concert is presented by State Mutual Insurance, South 93.5 FM / 104.9 FM the Rebel, and the Brewhouse. Proceeds will benefit the Braves Miracle Field of Rome.
