The Braves pitching staff held the Drive to only two runs Saturday night, led by a solid start from Ricardo Sanchez in a 3-2 Rome victory.

Sanchez went five innings, striking out nine batters.  He gave up two runs on four hits – including a homer – and only walked two batters.

The bullpen was solid on the night, as Grayson Jones, and Chase Johnson-Mullins combined for three innings of shutout work, followed by Josh Graham‘s fifth save of the season.

Rome’s offense struggled at times with runners on, but managed three runs on seven hits, led by Ray-Patrick Didder‘s 2-for-4 night.  Didder hit is fourth home run on the year, a solo shot in the first.

Luke Dykstra and Jonathan Morales each had a hit apiece, and he didn’t score, but Alejandro Salazar had an impressive 3-for-3 performance.
