GDOT Crews Continue Work from Bridge Demolition, Expecting One Lane Open This Afternoon

Georgia Department of Transportation says that crews continue to remove debris from the demolished I-16 bridge. They are expecting to reopen one lane of I-16 WB to traffic by this afternoon. Motorists should still expect delays and are encouraged to find an alternate route when traveling in this area.
