Big Red goes PINK

Tonight’s game at Chattooga High School is the annual “Pink Out” game to support breast cancer awareness.  Fans are asked to wear pink to tonight’s game to show support for the fight against breast cancer.  Principal Jeff Martin will be giving a Pink Out Championship belt to either the student section or the “senior citizens” section based on the amount of pink he sees.

Taco Bell of Summerville is throwing their support behind the hometown Indians by offering a free taco to any Chattooga High School student who has their hand stamped after the game.

Chattooga is currently ranked #2 in the State according to Max Preps with 21-1 record and 18 game win streak and 9-1 in region play.

The match-up against Coosa will the last home game of the regular season. After Model’s 60-35 loss to Gordon Lee last night the Indian’s have an opportunity to clinch the regular season championship and a win against Coosa tonight would guarantee a state playoff berth.

The Indians are looking for win #22 tonight and to continue the quest for a State Title.
