One Tribe, One Chattooga

The spirit of One Chattooga resides in more than the bricks and mortar of the new school. While the new gym was a great place to showcase the pride and unity felt by players, fans, and students alike it is the unheralded swell of enthusiasm and support across the county that is making opponents quake in their shoes at the thundering roar of the Indian Nation.

Principal Jeff Martin coordinated the Pink Out tonight, “I couldn’t be more proud of our community coming together to support our kids! I appreciate it and I know the kids appreciate it, the atmosphere our community and students have created is nothing short of electric. I just stand there smiling with goose bumps all over me.”

Chattooga has clinched the #1 seed for the region tournament by defeating Coosa tonight with a final score of 63-54 and improving to 22-1 (10-1) on the season! While this guarantees the Indians an eventual spot in the state playoffs, the Indians are still in search of being crowned region champs.

Check out the video of the fans tonight!!
