Lyerly, Menlo, and Summerville: 2024-2025 Pre-K Enrollment

The Chattooga County Education Center in Summerville, GA, is gearing up for the 2024-2025 Pre-K enrollment on February 8 and 9, 2024. Children turning 4 on or before September 1, 2024, are eligible for enrollment.

Parents need to bring:

• Child’s certified birth certificate
• Proof of Georgia residency
• Photo ID of parent/guardian
• Child’s Social Security card
• Child’s insurance card or health coverage verification
• Immunization Form 3231
• Eye, ear, dental, & nutritional Form 3300
