Judge Rules Recall Petition Insufficient

Judge Adele Grubbs has ruled that the grounds for recall set forth in the application of John Agnew to be insufficient, and the Application for Recall of John Agnew, Chair of the Chattooga Board of Education are denied and dismissed.
