Adoptable Pet of the Week: Freckles

Meet Freckles!

Freckles is a handsome guy that is approximately 47 lbs.

He is up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, and has been neutered. He is also microchipped. He is heartworm positive, but it is treatable.

Freckles is currently in the Fostering Freedom program, which is a wonderful canine/inmate training program in Bulloch County where dogs from the animal shelter are trained. Check them out on Facebook HERE. He loves the program and has learned so many new things. He will be graduating soon and ready for adoption.

Freckles has been at the animal shelter for 258 days as of today. When he first got to the shelter, he was full of so much energy and no idea what to do with it. Since then, he has learned new tricks and activities, and even gets to play on an obstacle course. He loves to jump and run. The only thing missing is having his very own family.

He enjoys walking to the pond and getting on top of the picnic table and looking all around. Every day is a fun adventure for Freckles.

He is good with other dogs, but is not a fan of cats.
