What: The City of Columbus has advised the Georgia DOT that crews will be upgrading the traffic signals on US 80/Georgia 22 at the Technology Parkway/Lynch Road intersection on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 13-14, 2020. Upon the project’s completion, drivers will no longer be allowed to make yielded left turns from US 80/Georgia 22 with a flashing yellow arrow. Left turns from US 80/Georgia 22 at the intersection will only be allowed with a steady green arrow.
Motorists should be alert to the crews in their work zone while the project is underway, and are encouraged to slow their speeds while driving through the area.
