Fall officially begins on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 8:44 a.m. EDT with the arrival of the fall equinox. After a scorching summer for many areas, cooler temperatures are always a welcome relief. The Farmers’ Almanac Extended Fall Forecast 2024 for the Southeast states says to expect cool and stormy weather. The forecast is pointing towards twice as many cloudy and showery days as opposed to fair and sunny dry days.
Halloween is on Thursday, October 31, 2024. The forecast for October 28-31 in the Southeast states is clearing, drier for trick-or-treaters.

Rainy weather FL, west through Gulf of Mexico region.

Rains end; oppressively warm, humid.

Clouds/haze/humidity; a few pop-up showers.

Hurricane threat along Atlantic Seaboard. Lots of cloudiness.
