Georgia Aquarium Launches Resident Pass for Price of One-Day Ticket, Available Exclusively to Georgia Residents

Georgia Aquarium introduced today a brand-new Resident Pass exclusively for Georgia residents. The pass provides unlimited general admission to the Aquarium for all of 2023 for the same price as a one-day ticket.

The Resident Pass is available only through Feb. 15 and must be purchased at the Aquarium’s website,  Any current Georgia resident can purchase a pass for $47.99 plus tax, the same price as a single-day ticket.

The Resident Pass is a special perk for the residents of Georgia Aquarium’s home state. This pass will give visitors unlimited access to the Aquarium’s eight galleries featuring over 11 million gallons of water and home to thousands of animals, including whale sharks, manta rays, rescued southern sea otters, hammerheads, beluga whales, and many more. The Aquarium also offers two animal presentations that showcase sea lions’ and dolphins’ unique behaviors and training techniques. With so many exciting encounters and experiences, there are countless reasons to visit again and again. The Resident Pass is the perfect way for guests to experience all Georgia Aquarium has to offer on their schedule and at a tremendous value.

For Georgians looking for an upgraded experience, or those residing outside of Georgia, the Aquarium offers several membership options that provide 12 months of access to the Aquarium and discounts on parking, animal encounters, and additional tickets. Proceeds from Resident Pass purchases, memberships, encounters, and tickets all contribute to Georgia Aquarium’s initiatives, giving the Aquarium the continued ability to provide educational experiences to guests, immersive programs to veterans, conduct research on species like whale sharks, and aid animals in need of a home or rescue.

Resident Pass holders will receive unlimited visitation to Georgia Aquarium for the remainder of 2023, ending on December 31. Guests must be a Georgia state resident to purchase the Resident Pass and show proof of residency. This pass is subject to blackout dates listed on the website.
