DPH Southeast Health District Pauses Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Administration

The Southeast Health District of the Department of Public Health has announced that they will be pausing their Johnson & Johnson vaccine administration based on recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA). They will continue to provide Moderna vaccine to those who are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccination. The district wrote “health and safety of those who visit our mass vaccination and health department sites continues to be our highest priority.”
