Trion Cheerleading: State Bound

Last Saturday Trion High Cheerleaders competed at sectionals at Ola High School. Competing were 24 teams fighting for the coveted top 16 spots in order to qualify for state. Trion placed 2nd in Region and had one of the highest scores of the day. Trion cheerleaders also scored their highest of the season. Friday Nov 10th Trion High Cheerleaders will be competing for the GHSA State Championship in Macon beginning at 10:00 AM. The competition will be live-streamed on NFHS Network. Wish these girls luck as they make their bid to bring the State Championship back to Trion!

 

Head coach Hayley Tanner said, “I am so proud of the girls for advancing to the state finals again this year! We have had a great week of practice, and I am excited to see them put on a show one more time this season. It is great to be a Bulldog!”
