Purdue Boilermakers set sights on Chattooga’s Big Mike Adams

Chattooga High School Junior, Mike Adams traveled to West Lafayette, Indiana this weekend as part of an official recruiting trip to Purdue University. Big Mike Adams is not only an asset on both sides of the ball, he has a 3.8 GPA which puts him in the top 1% of high school football players being recruited. Standing 6’4″ and weighing 280, Big Mike is also being recruited by Mercer University and Old Dominion University as a Junior.

Coach Mike Hamilton  said “if anyone deserves this honor, it is Mike. Mike exemplifies everything I want in a player on and off the field.”

Chattooga Principal Jeff Martin added, “Mike is a great role model in the classroom, the hallway and on the field, he will be very successful.”
