Indians Win, Indians Lose Heartbreaker in Armuchee

Thursday afternoon the Lady Indians traveled to Armuchee for their first region game to lose in a tough battle against the Indians by a score of 2-1. Abbey Tudor was 2 for 3 while  Kailen Greer, Rachel Nichols, and Sydney Marshall each had 1 hit. Marshall had the lone RBI of the game. Senior Kailen Greer on the mound pitched a good game giving up 3 hits, walking 2, and struck out 4. In the JV game the Chattooga Lady Indians won 7-1. Lauren Bond and Madison Lathem had 2 hits. Madison Stricklin, Alex Mitchell, and Zoe Brooks each had 1 hit. Freshman Alex Mitchell pitched a good game giving up 1 hit, walked 1, and struck out 5. The Lady Indians will travel to Dade County Monday to face the Lady Wolverines at 5p.m.
