Chattooga County Schools Kindergarten Registration

Chattooga County Schools will hold Kindergarten registration for the 22-23 school year on Monday, March 21st from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Chattooga Enrollment Center, located at 286 Maple Dr., Summerville, GA 30747.

 

Child must turn 5 before Sept. 1st

• Proof of residence (Utility bill, Rent/lease agreement, Notarized Residence Affidavit)
• Driver’s License or picture ID of parent/guardian that is enrolling the child.
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Proof of Immunization (3231)
• New Eye, Ear, Dental Form (3300)
• Custody papers when applicable
