SE Ga Road Work: Weekly Traffic Interruption Advisory Through December 23

Georgia DOT continues essential road work throughout Southeast Georgia.  As a result, work on construction and maintenance projects will continue Saturday, December 17 through Friday, December 23.

Christmas Holiday work restrictions on interstates and major State routes will be in place beginning Thursday, December 22 at 5 am until Monday, December 26 at 5 am. No lane closures or work that restricts or interferes with traffic will be conducted during this time frame.

All work subject to change due to weather or other factors. Motorists are cautioned to reduce their speed while traveling thru work zones, pay attention and watch for workers.
