Hops & Haze will close at the start of 2018.
Hops & Haze owners Jeremy and Jennifer Kwaterski thought outside the box and introduced a completely new category in food/entertainment that uniquely provided a one-stop eating, drinking, entertainment and vaping experience to downtown Summerville. The environment appealed to everyone looking for something to do after 10pm in Summerville with great food, beer, gin and tonics and entertainment. Hops & Haze brought a nightlife to Summerville.

Owner Jeremy Kwaterski said, “business is good, we just have too many irons in the fire.”
Kwaterski is looking for a buyer and willing to owner finance a good bit the asking price is $100,000 which includes fixtures furniture and equipment.
Owner Jeremy Kwaterski released this statement to AllOnGeorgia, “we are sad to announce that we are closing Hops and Haze after several successful years in downtown Summerville, Ga. Our family has several different businesses and we are spread a little thin with Hops n Haze. Stephanie Depalmo our daughter who has been instrumental in the day to day success of Hops n Haze is interested in concentrating on completing her Masters of Business at Dalton State and will be pursuing her own career. Therefore we decided its best we concentrate on our other business interests and sell the restaurant/bar.
We enjoyed bringing top named talent to Summerville including Darren Knight “The Southern Momma”, Upchurch the Redneck, Midget Wrestling, Comedy Shows with incredible talent hosted by Ben Thompson, and live music every weekend.
We appreciate each and every one of our valued customers and we will miss everyone. Thank you for your support.
I feel that with a full time devoted owner and a new concept this could be a very successful business.”
If anyone has an interest in purchasing this business and making it their own, contact Jeremy Kwaterski for more information.
