Pleasant Grove Baptist Church to Hold Annual School Prayer Walk Sunday

Pleasant Grove Baptist Church will host its annual prayer walk at local schools this Sunday, July 26, 2026, continuing a tradition of covering area students, teachers, and staff in prayer ahead of the new school year.

The walk will move through the community on a set schedule, stopping at each school for a time of prayer before moving on to the next location. Organizers say all times are approximate, and the group will do their best to stay close to the schedule below.

Prayer Walk Schedule — Sunday, July 26, 2026

• CCEC Center and Bus Garage — approximately 5:15 p.m.
• LMES — approximately 5:45 p.m.
• Trion City Schools — approximately 6:10 p.m.
• SMS / CO / AGC — approximately 6:40 p.m.
• CHS — approximately 7:00 p.m.
• LES — approximately 7:25 p.m.
• MES — approximately 7:56 p.m.

How to Join

Pleasant Grove Baptist Church is inviting the community to take part however works best for them — community members are welcome to meet the group at their own school’s stop, or to join the full walk from start to finish at every location.

Churches from across the community are also welcome to join in the walk.
