Works in the Shipping/Receiving department. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments for UPS and prepares items concerned with shipping materials, supplies and equipment. Employee frequently is required to stand, walk, reach; regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. or occasionally up to 100 lbs. This position will perform any and all duties that may be assigned.

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving payments for merchandise. Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment. This position will perform any and all duties that may be assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Handles daily Human Resources function including interviewing and selecting, hiring, training, evaluating, counseling, and terminating. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees: planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees: addressing complaint, resolving problems and termination decisions. Coordinates sales promotion activities and prepares or directs workers preparing, merchandise displays. Supervises employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions. Orders merchandise or prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand. Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, personnel and recordkeeping procedures and practices. Answer customer’s complaints or inquires. Approves adjustments for defective/returned merchandise. Locks and secures store. Ensures that internal and external facilities are well maintained, clean and attractive to the customers. Manages two subordinate supervisors, Assistant Manager and Head Cashier, who supervises a total of 30-60 employees. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. May also supervise nonexempt direct reports,

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) and 3-5 years related experience and/or training: or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Personal computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prefer knowledge of farm implementation equipment, parts and supplies either by educational program or practical use.

Receives, stores and stocks equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, and/or tools, and compiles stock records in stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard by performing the following duties: Counts, sorts, weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items, stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves. Fills orders and issues supplies from stock. Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles. Distributes stock among sales workers, keeping records of material issued. This position will perform any and all other job duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED and one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Performs price changes on items in department. Takes inventory of stock and maintains adequate inventory levels in specific department. This position will perform any and all other job duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, PC skills required. 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Handles monies, makes change, checks and issues receipts or tickets to customers. Verifies and balances daily sales receipts. Answers and directs customers to merchandise in the store. Maintains register area so it is neat, clean and attractive. This position will perform any and all other job duties as assigned.
