ummmmmm….. has anyone mentioned to the dept handling these pavings / repairs about the environmental costs of our current paving methods…..
Typically permeable surfaces are the best option(at least that I am aware of, personally.), especially for GA due to the location of the state and the avg rainfall the state sees. I do understand that people like smooth surfaces. for an array of reasons and that is 100% understandable
so I am just questioning on why the state did not hire or consult with anyone educated on the topic regarding the issues current paving methods present to our environment. Realistically (and I may be wrong) I believe as if SOMEONE should have / could have ALREADY developed a method of smooth surface paving excluding the environmental costs.
