Earlier today, Governor Kemp said on social media about President Biden’s vaccine mandate announced Thursday, “This action by President Biden is blatantly unlawful, and Georgia will not stand for it.”
In another post on Facebook and Twitter this afternoon, Kemp stated that he, along with other Republican governors, are fighting back against the mandate.
“Just ended a call with my fellow Republican governors. We are fighting back against Joe Biden’s outrageous overreach and attack on individual freedom. The vaccine is a choice, and hardworking Georgians, small business owners, and families will not be bullied by this administration.”

This pandemic could have been less severe if President Biden would have mandated this shortly after taking office. The GOP senators and governors of republican states should be held accountable for putting the people in this country for the spread of covid virus and for the deaths of americans.

I am a person that lives in Georgia and I just got my 2 Covid vaccine today but I also done it when I felt ready and that is a choice everyone should have! I don’t like everything that Kemp has done while in office but I also believe in Freedom and rights, so if you didn’t like Freedom then I think you live in the wrong Country because this is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! I BACK KEMP ON THIS! THERE ARE BETTER WAY TO GET CONTROL OF THIS PANDEMIC THAN TO FORCE THE VACCINE ON AMERICA 🇺🇸

I have never agreed with Kemp but this is the first time I have. It’s gone beyond the vaccine and the virus now. Mandates set a dangerous precedent that threatens our democracy at its core. The freedom to chose or not is a human right. It’s what countless men and women in our military have sacrificed their lives for, which is to maintain our civil liberties. Abortion rights have been injured in Texas and our privacy rights per the HIPPA Law have been disregarded since proof of vaccinations to enter public place have begun. Even our religious beliefs have been cast aside as airline employers are laying off their workers without pay who refused to be forced due to their religious beliefs.
If this remains, you will see erosion on every democratic right we have in this country, like speech, right to bare arms, right to assemble, right to privacy, right to live free.
We are disregarding scientific due diligence by putting all our eggs into one experimental basket and forcing pregnant women to take this medication. We all know that women cannot consume certain foods, medications, alcohol, smoke or illegal substances or adverse reactions will occur to the fetus. And the most unethical, irresponsible and inhumane part of all this, is that every human being voluntarily or unvoluntarily taking these drugs are also forced to waive the liability of the pharmaceutical maker. Have we forgotten how drugs previously approved by the FDA have been later found to give cancer and even death to users of their products? These products even went through the 12 year protocols of observation and trial by the FDA and were still harmful to millions of Americans. They were even successfully sued for the Opiod Crisis and they are now recouping their losses by pushing a drug world wide to the sick and healthy alike, with no reprocussions.
Is this logical to humanity? Yes we are in an epidemic. Yes we have all lost someone we knew and loved. Yes life as we knew it has been suddenly ripped from us overnight. However in our haste to restore what we had, are we willing to forfeit our long term health and our lifelong civil liberties in order to rush through this situation? Why are we disregarding a recent Israeli study that shows that those infected by the first wave have developed a natural immunity stronger than the Phizer vaccine? Why are we not exhausting antibody test to determine how many people have natural immunity? Why are we not developing alternative forms of treatment,instead of relying on only one? In country where you can get 6 different types of hamburgers on the same street, why do we have only one method of treatment to stop the virus? And why are we resorting to these extreme measures when 99% of people infected with Covid-19 recover? Out of 40 million cases, 650 thousand have been fatal. That comes to 1% of people infected have died.
These are logical questions and it’s even more logical to not allow anything foreign or domestic to destroy our constitutional rights as citizens. Freedom of medical choice is a human right, because God gave it to every human being. Free will. Free will to choose even whether or not you believe or even love him. I could never impose my beliefs on another person and anyone who does is acting as a tyrant. These mandates are the first communistic acts ever imposed on Americans and its the first time in my life I can no longer support the Democratic Party with my vote or my contributions.
