Statesboro Drive-Thru Closed, Utility Cutoffs Suspended for the Week

After a City of Statesboro employee tested positive for COVID-19 last week, the City of Statesboro made the decision to close city hall for at least the next week.

As a result, utility customers will not be able to pay their utility bills in person or via the drive-thru at city hall because employees will not be reporting to work.

Customers will be able to pay their bills through the following methods:

• City Hall drop boxes located at the front porch and back parking lot
• By phone at 833-262-5907
• Online at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/statesboroga/

The City nnounced Saturday that utility disconnections will be suspended from June 29 through July 3.
