Portion of SR 16 in Spalding Closed Thursday for Filming

The Georgia Department of Transportation alerts drivers in Spalding County to plan ahead for Thursday, February 17:

A portion of State Route (SR) 16 at Lakeview Drive and end at W. Ellis Rd scheduled to close Thursday, Feb 17, for filming activities.

SR 16 will be closed from Old Highway 3/East Main Street to Lower Woolsey Road. Traffic also will not be able to access SR 20 eastbound from the US 19/SR 3 on-ramp. Detour routes will be posted with signs and message boards. The days and hours of the closure are:

• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb 17
• block 2 lanes
