Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge’s Richard S. Bolt Visitor Center Closed Until Further Notice Due to Staffing Shortages

Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge has announced that the Richard S. Bolt Visitor Center will be closed until further notice beginning Saturday, April 9 due to staffing shortages.

“We hope to reopen soon and we will keep you updated via Facebook! In the meantime, you may still call us at 912-496-7836 for questions! The main gate, Swamp Island Drive, and Okefenokee Adventures hours will remain the same.”
