The Peach State is preparing to ring in the new year with a host of new hotel options that offer more than just a good night’s sleep. From a mountaintop golf resort to a lovingly restored historic mansion, here is a sampling of the new accommodations travelers can look forward to in Georgia come 2024.
Signia by Hilton Atlanta
Atlanta’s largest downtown ground-up development project in 40 years and tallest building on the Westside is set to open in January 2024. The 976-room Signia by Hilton Atlanta will offer direct access to the Georgia World Congress Center via a pedestrian walkway and is located next to Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, perfect for sports and entertainment fans. Guests and locals alike will enjoy the hotel’s eight signature food and beverage experiences, including three restaurants and three bars. Additional hotel amenities include a spa, beauty bar, and fitness center. The hotel will offer more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space, including the largest hotel ballroom in Georgia, an outdoor event deck, and an outdoor event lawn. Reservations are now being accepted for Jan. 15, 2024, and beyond.
Trilith Guesthouse, Fayetteville, A Marriott Tribute Portfolio
Scheduled to open in January 2024, Trilith Guesthouse will be located at the main entrance of the European-inspired Town at Trilith in Fayetteville, Georgia, adjacent to Trilith Studios, a premier film and television studio in North America. Designed to inspire creativity and collaboration, the 193-key boutique hotel will include 36 apartment-style studios and one-bedroom suites; a signature street-level restaurant; fifth-floor rooftop bar; culinary studio; and indoor/outdoor event spaces spanning more than 17,000 square feet. Trilith Guesthouse is currently accepting reservations for Feb. 1, 2024, onwards.
Cloudland at McLemore Resort Lookout Mountain, Curio Collection by Hilton
Projected to open in February 2024, the 245-room Cloudland at McLemore Resort Lookout Mountain will be located on a gorgeous mountaintop golf course setting, complete with a spa and 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Perched 2,000 feet above sea level at the edge of iconic Lookout Mountain in Rising Fawn, Georgia, guests will enjoy sweeping views of McLemore Cove and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Reservations can now be made for stays starting from May 1, 2024.
Hotel Bardo Savannah
Savannah’s historic Mansion on Forsyth Park is being transformed into Hotel Bardo Savannah, a timeless urban resort that will serve as a destination for locals and visitors alike when it opens its doors in February 2024. The 149-room resort by real estate development firm LEFT LANE will feature 66 suites; a sprawling 25-meter pool and pool bar; coastal Italian restaurant, Saint Bibiana; Saltgrass wellness center; Club Bardo, a membership-based social club; Shop Bardo–curated retail; and event spaces like the elegant and modern Carriage House and the 3,500-square-foot Ballroom. Hotel Bardo is now accepting reservations for Feb. 1, 2024, and beyond.
