Georgia City 1 of 4 in Nation to Get Plant-Based Burger at Burger King

What do you think? Will it deliver the same flame-grilled, juicy craveability of the famous BURGER KING restaurants WHOPPER® sandwich?

Burger King announced that that three cities have been added to the test site for the new plant-based burger debut after a successful test run St. Louis, Missouri.

Customers at locations in Miami, FL, Columbus, GA and Montgomery, AL can now try the Impossible™ WHOPPER — a flame-grilled patty made from plants topped with freshly sliced tomatoes and onions, crisp lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, ketchup and crunchy pickles on a toasted sesame seed bun, according to a press release.

Burger King is the first fast food entity to offer a plant-based patty. It is part of a partnership with Impossible Foods. The hope is to have the new burger in all locations by the end of the year.
