Young Lady Indians looking for a good season

Chattooga Middle School softball opened up the season at Rome with a 8-2 victory over the Wolves. Great pitching by Bree Evans (3 innings), Clara Wyatt (2 innings) and Emma White (1 inning) and a solid defense helped with the win. The Indians were strong at the plate led by Katie Williams (2 singles), Gracelyn Veitch (1 double, 1 single), and Ramsey Elrod (1 double). Gretchen Clark, Bree Evans, Grace Dooley, Railee Lynn and Clara Wyatt all contributed with a base hit a piece. The Indians are looking to capitalize this season.

The team is coached by Josh Mitchell.
