Coach Brown on having a week off before the playoffs: “It has been good for us to give some guys a break from hitting so much and allowed us to heal up a little bit.  It has also allowed us to plan a little more in depth for our opponent, Turner County.  We’ve tried to keep the players focus at a high level.”

Keys to winning: “We have got to tackle well and make sure we play sound defense.  We can’t give up the quick scores Turner is used to getting.”

What this game means for the seniors: “A win would be huge for our seniors, they’ve made the playoffs, they are assured of a winning season, but a big playoff win on the road would be a great feather to put in their hat.  I have a lot of faith in them and if we play well, I think we can give Turner County a run for their money.”
