Lady Indians defeat Murray County and Sonoraville

The Lady Indians had a good day today. In the first game they defeated Murray County 15-3 in 3 innings. The team was lead by Hannah Thrasher with 3 hits, Rachel Nichols and Alex Mitchell with 2 hits. Hannah also was the winning pitcher only giving up two hits. In the second game we defeated Sonoraville 8-3. The team was lead by Rose Jones with 3 hits, Ziyah Underwood 2 hits and a long home run, Abby Hosmer and Sydney Marshall also with 2 hits. Rose Jones pitched a complete game for her first win on the mound. The ladies travel to Armuchee Tuesday for a 5 o’clock region game.
