Jacob Bond Player of the Week

This week’s Player of the Week honors go to Jacob Bond. Bond scored the only touchdown on a quarterback sneak in a tough matchup against Dalton to keep the Summerville 9U Indians undefeated for the season with a 6-0 record. This was the eighth touchdown of the season for Bond. Bond, a standout athlete, is also an all-star on the diamond and a two state champion on the wrestling mat.

Bond is 10 years old and is in 4th grade at Lyerly Elementary School. He is the son of April and Kevin Bond.
