The Chattooga High School Lady Indians celebrated their record setting season with a banquet Monday night at Alpine Community Church.
Rachel Nichols who won the award for having the highest batting average reflected on the season “over the years our team has improved greatly, I’m lucky to be apart of this team that has broke many records.”
The Lady Indians finished the season with a 22-12 record. The Team set school records for for winning the first ever state playoff game and tied the school record for wins in a season at 22. Kailen Greer, senior pitcher set the school record with 18 wind and 14 shutouts.
