Young Georgia Authors District Winners Recognized at BOE Meeting

The Chattooga County Board of Education proudly recognized this year’s district winners of the Young Georgia Authors (YGA) Writing Competition at last night’s board meeting. These talented students, selected from each grade level, were honored for their exceptional writing and creative expression.

-1st Grade: Kayson Bales, Leroy Massey Elementary School

-2nd Grade: Santiago Torres, Leroy Massey Elementary School

-3rd Grade: John Michael Brady, Menlo Elementary School

-4th Grade: Brenleigh Radford, Lyerly Elementary School

-5th Grade: Kamryn Carter, Menlo Elementary School

-6th Grade: Payton Sizemore, Summerville Middle School
