A Georgia Lottery player won a $4 million top prize playing the 200X The Money scratcher. The lucky ticket was purchased at Kwik Stop Food Mart, 1880 Highway 29 North in Athens. The player chose the lump sum cash option of $2,028,082 and claimed their winnings on Sept. 21. Last week, players claimed $38,299,528 in winnings from Georgia Lottery scratch-off tickets.
