GAGOP Chairman Josh McKoon today announced that Jeremy Brown has been appointed RNC State Director for Georgia ahead of the critical 2026 election cycle.
“Georgia will once again be at the center of the national political map in 2026,” said Chairman Josh McKoon. “Jeremy understands the unique political landscape here, from metro Atlanta to rural South Georgia, and he knows what it takes to compete and win. We are proud to work with the RNC to build on the momentum already underway in Georgia and to further mobilize Republicans in every part of our state.”
In his role as State Director, Brown will oversee the RNC’s political and field operations in Georgia, working closely with the Georgia Republican Party, state and local leaders, campaigns, and grassroots volunteers to expand voter outreach, strengthen election integrity efforts, and mobilize Republican voters statewide.
“In Georgia, elections are decided by the closest of margins, and won through discipline,” Brown said. “That means a relentless, county-by-county, precinct-by-precinct operation, an expanded coalition, and a presence in every corner of this state. I’m ready to get to work.”
Brown will be based in Atlanta and will begin assembling a full statewide team in the coming weeks.
