There are multiple running options runners can choose from! The morning will start with a 5k through the beautiful scenery surrounding Dry Valley, this will not be a color run.

The 5k will be followed by a toddler wobble and bike dash for kids under 12.

Finally, the event of the day, a one-mile color run! Onsite registration begins at 8 am, and the 5k will start at 9 am sharp! Bring the whole family; you can run at your own pace, laugh, and have a great time!

Member of the youth and participant in last year’s color run, Hannah Price said, “The 5k/color run is a very important event to me because it helps support my youth group for the activities and outreach we do, while also allowing the community to participate in an activity that is both fun and helpful for our youth group. It is important to me that others join because we try to be as active in different forms of outreach as we can. It would be very beneficial to gain new members or visitors through this and I can’t wait to see how this year’s run turns out!”

Adrian Chilel won last year’s run and is also an active member Dry Valley’s youth program, Chilel stated, “I enjoyed winning but getting to run alongside my friends and the community is what I really liked about the event! I cannot wait  to participate in this year’s color run, I hope lots of people come and support our youth group!”

If you would like to preregister, or donate, you can visit the DVBC color run FaceBook page, and use the pinned link to do so! All proceeds earned from the day’s festivities will go to Dry Valley’s youth program!
