The Board recognized the sheriff’s deputies and police officers of the Chattooga County Sheriff’s Department and Summerville Police Department for “standing watch over our citizens and students and selflessly risking their lives to protect individuals, families, neighborhoods, and property against crime.”

The Board recognized officers past and present, who, by their faithful and loyal devotion to their responsibilities, have rendered dedicated service to the community.
