Bulloch Co Historical Society Launches New $2K College Scholarship for High School Seniors

The Bulloch County Historical Society has launched a new $2,000 college scholarship for high school seniors. The deadline to apply is March 31.

Applications are available from each high school’s guidance counselor office. An application can also be found below.

The scholarship is available to any student who is a senior in Bulloch County – public, private, parochial or home schooled. Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited two-year, four-year, or technical college. It is not necessary for the post-secondary school to be located in Georgia. A student’s completed application packet must be signed and postmarked on or before March 31, 2023.

The Historical Society will notify the school counselor if their school has a winning student. A member of the Historical Society will attend the high school’s end-of-the-year honors night celebration to present this scholarship award to the winning student. The funds will be deposited directly to the student’s tuition account at their chosen college.
