Statesboro Man Arrested for Trafficking Fentanyl

Erick Collins, of Statesboro, was arrested recently after Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office Crime Suppression Team executed a search warrant at the Styles Inn. A large amount of Fentanyl with a street value of $70,000 was recovered during the search. Collins was arrested on outstanding warrants in Bulloch County and Screven County, and charged with Trafficking Fentanyl, as well as a Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony.

On 3/14/2024 Crime Suppression Team Investigators executed a search warrant at the Styles Inn, room 19 in Statesboro, GA. Investigators, along with the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit arrested Erick Collins of Statesboro, GA on outstanding warrants from Bulloch and Screven County. During Collins arrest, approximately 242 grams of compressed Fentanyl were recovered with a potential street value of $70,000. Collins is currently being housed in the Bulloch County Jail on charges of Trafficking Fentanyl along with a Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Criminal Attempt to Commit a Felony.
