Days Inn murder suspect, Kentaevious Davis, was located Wednesday in Tattnall County and arrested by the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force. Davis was transported to the Bulloch County Jail, where he remains pending further judicial action.

On 3/6/24, investigators with the U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force located and arrested Kentaevious Davis at a residence in Tattnall County, Ga. The arrest was based on SPD warrants for Murder and Aggravated Assault related to the deaths of Jamaryce Mincey and Christopher Joyce at the Days Inn on 2/29/24. Detectives travelled to Tattnall County and served a search warrant for evidence at that residence, assisted by investigators with the Tattnall County Sheriff’s Office. Davis was transported to the Bulloch County Jail where he remains pending further judicial action.
