ADVISORY: Exit Ramp Closure from I-516 E to I-16 E for the 16@95 Improvement Projects

WHAT:         Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation construction partners will close the ramp from I-516 Eastbound to I-16 Eastbound (Exit 5). The closure is necessary for utility location work. Traffic will be detoured to the Chatham Parkway exit (Exit 162) for I-16 Eastbound access.

WHEN:         Saturday, Jan. 11, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (daily)

WHERE:       I-516 eastbound to I-16 eastbound ramp (Exit 5)
Detour: Motorists traveling on I-516 eastbound should continue onto I-16 westbound and exit at Chatham Parkway (Exit 162). Motorists should turn left onto Chatham Parkway, then left again onto I-16 eastbound.
