To pay a utility bill or property taxes online, visit municipalonlinepayments.com/statesboroga/. To pay a utility bill on our app, download the app “MyCivic Utilities” in the Apple or Android store and sign in using your online payment account information. To pay a bill or taxes at City Hall, visit the lobby from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or use one of the drop boxes located on the front porch, in the drive-thru, or on the backside of City Hall in the parking lot. To pay your bill by phone call (833)-262-5907. Taxes cannot be paid over the phone. To pay by automatic bank draft please bring in a check to City Hall. Taxes cannot be automatically drafted. To pay by mail, send checks to P.O. Box 348, Statesboro, GA 30459, Attn: Utility Payment or Attn: Tax Department
